Smart toolbar: several frames

This smart toolbar type shows up when several frames are selected. The main purpose of this toolbar is to help you align frames.

The toolbar includes the following buttons:

- align frames by top of the selected range
- align frames by horizontal center of the selected range
- align frames by left edge of the selected range
- remove selected frames
- align frames by right edge of the selected range
- align frames by vertical center of the selected range
- align frames by bottom of the selected range
