PhotoMix is a great software program for anyone who is new starting out with digital scrapbooking AND it is a wonderful program for any photographer that wants to quickly and easily come up with a nice photo collage. I had more fun just putting together strictly photo collages but did test out their scraplets as well (they are BEAUTIFUL too).

At first when I opened up the program I found myself almost overwhelmed but the interface is wonderfully simple and very logical. I will admit that I took a look at the Getting Started steps and found them to be really great! They truly broke it down into simple steps to allow anyone to use the program. I would HIGHLY recommend this software to anyone who is getting their feet wet with digital scrapbooking and the price/quality can't be beat!

However, I do have to mention that I was not able to find a way to add a drop shadow to anything other than text. I am a HUGE fan of trying to make my digital pages look as realistic as possible so drop shadows are important to me. I wouldn't be surprised if that got corrected pretty quickly. Again though, I would STILL recommend this software because it really is a great program.
